annabis sativa biomass is a valuable natural resource derived from the special processing of all the vegetal material present in the plant, with the exception of the seeds, stems, and main branches. It can be successfully used in various industries, from textiles to bio-construction, from food to pharmaceuticals (CBD oil, CBG oil), to cosmetics (specific creams, gels and lotions).
To meet the needs of these markets, specific varieties of industrial hemp have been designed, that can produce biomass with a high content of CBD or CBG cannabinoids, free of psychoactive effects (with THC of less than 0.2%) but rich in beneficial effects, which have already been tested in various research studies on therapeutic cannabis, as well as in the food and cosmetics markets.
The active ingredients of non-psychoactive cannabinoids are extracted, distilled, or isolated from biomass and used for the production of basically any CBD or CBG product: CBD or CBG oil, CBD or CBG crystals, e-liquid extracts, and waxes.
At the moment, most of the industrial hemp on the market, intended for the production of hemp biomass, has a CBD content of between 2 and 4 %.
With regard to CBG (a recently found cannabinoid, which is even more in demand by the market and by consumers of light cannabis), the available varieties of Sativa hemp have an active ingredient content of between 2 and 3 %.

Once the crop is dried, the plants get embedded into special machines that shred and compact the plant material to obtain biomass.
The process involves removing any remaining stems, branches, or other oversized components before feeding them into the machine.
Our process removes any seeds, fibers, and foreign contaminants to create a uniform product ready for extraction. The hemp is stored in traceable and protected containers before being processed.
We carefully control all processing stages of our biomass, ensuring that the different varieties grow separately and are processed separately to avoid possible cross-contamination.
The plant material is perfectly homogenous and unequivocally traceable back to the field/site where the plants were grown and harvested.
We control every step of the packaging process, paying particular attention to batch preservation so that the customer is guaranteed a safe and high-quality end product.
